Riversound is an Executive Condominium in the north east. The cantilever ledge of the penthouse is blocking access to the façade of the lower floor. We are tasked with rigging the gondola all the way from the edge of the cantilever ledge to the façade of the lower floor.  This was done by the use of special anchors (also installed by us) embedded into the ledge. While rigging the gondola all the way to the facade from the cantilever ledge was a time consuming step, it was necessary to prevent damage to the ledge soffit.
